A few glimpses of Stuttgart

  • City park down town
Last Sunday we had a chance to go downtown Stuttgart as a family which does not happen very often. We had beautiful weather and were impressed again how pretty the city really is. Two castles are right in the middle of downtown with a large park around it. Here are just a few pictures we thought you might enjoy.

Support for our ministry

"And my God will supply your every need according to His riches in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19

Raising financial support for ministry is at the same time the most blessed and most sensitive task of missionary work. Through the generous giving of God's people, ministry to people and places that could not otherwise afford it becomes possible (Rom 10:14-15). Christian financial support is one of the most practical displays of solidarity within the body of Christ (2 Cor 9:10-14). Further, it provides some of the greatest opportunity for a relationship between the missionary who is sent and those who send him or her (Phil 1:6-12; 4:15-17). And yet, both churches and individual Christians are not immune to  "fund-raising fatigue" that results from frequent appeals from many worthy ministries.

It is our conviction that God puts in the heart of the individual donor the desire to support financially a particular ministry. God is ultimately pleased with giving that is done "voluntarily" (2 Cor 8:3; 9:5), "according to [one's] means" (2 Cor 8:11-12, though cf. 8:3), and "cheerfully" (9:7, i.e., not from "not reluctantly or under compulsion"). This means that the missionary is responsible to provide information about his/her needs to the the body of Christ and then to allow the Spirit of God raise up supporters to meet it in His time.

If God puts it on your heart to support this ministry, you can do so in one of the following two ways.

1. Monthly support: This kind of gift helps to meet our ongoing living and ministry expenses over a longer period of time. Gifts can be made either by filling out a new donor form and sending it to

Liebenzell USA
P.O. Box 66
Schooley's Mountain, NJ 07870
USA

or by filling out an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) form that allows the funds to be drawn monthly from your account. This is the most convenient method and one that helps us the most. Both forms can be accessed here at: http://www.liebenzellusa.org/supporting.htm.

2. One time gift: This kind of gift goes either to meeting a project or ministry need that you designate (for example, outgoing expenses) or is placed toward covering our overall monthly expenses. If you choose to send a one time gift be sure to send along a new donor form (click on above link) or a piece of paper with your check that designates that it is for Markus & Julia Klausli and how you intend the funds to be used.

Liebenzell USA is a charter member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) (see link above). And all donations are tax-deductible.

Thank you for your interest in our ministry!
